Monastery St. St. Konstantin i Elena
The monastery was built in the 14th c. by monks who found refuge from the Turkish raids in the forest (growing at the place where today’s resort complex St. St. Konstantin I Elena is). There they found an icon of saints Konstantin and Elena and decided to build a small monastery by a spring, which water was believed to be curative. The monastery buildings were constructed of massive cut stone still preserved in a very good condition. The monastery has been reconstructed thrice since its foundation, last time in 1973. Every visitor of the resort complex can light a candle in the monastery chapel, a place of interest both as architectural- and ethnographic spot. The monastery belongs to Varna spiritual bishopric.

Euxinograde residence
Built as a summer residence for Knyaz Alexander I Battenberg. Its first name was Sandrovo. Later the Bulgarian state bought it for the amount of 1 million and 400 thousand golden levs and then presented it to Tsar Ferdinand. During his government this heavenly place reached its true magnificence. Its current name Euxinograde (from the Greek name of the Black sea - Euxenos pontos) was given by Princess Maria-Louisa in 1893.
The overall area of Euxinograde is 800 decares, out of which 550 are park grounds. The park was designed by French dendrologist Noymayer. Then it was further developed by other French architects, landscapists and dendrologists.
A place of interest for the visitors is the sundial, presented to Tsar Ferdinand by British queen Victoria.
The wine cellar of Euxinograde was built in 1891 for the needs of the royal family and their esteemed guests and spreads on two underground levels. It is said that the largest tubs can hold 3145 liters of wine. Today the wine cellar produces between 100 and 120 bottles per year.
