On 1 July 2015 in Sunny Beach has been opened the newest and most attractive studio complex "Sunny Residence".
The complex is 250 meters from the beach and 1 km walking distance from the famed Cacao Beach and the charming town of Nessebar. At a distance of only 5 minutes by car (2.9 km) lies the largest water park on the Black Sea – "Aqua Paradise".
"Sunny Residence" complex is suitable for accommodating families with children or groups of friends, and offers studios and apartments* with equipped kitchens and dining areas. Also available are outdoor swimming pool with children's section, playground, free public laundry.

Sunny Beach resort is located on the southern Black Sea coast and is one of the most popular seaside resorts in Bulgaria. It lies at a picturesque bay in the form of a crescent and has a nearly 10 km long beach. The resort is located between the resort towns Nessebar and St. Vlas, about 40 km north of Burgas. Sunny Beach is the main resort, around which the so-called Bulgarian Riviera has been formed. Here tourists will find excellent conditions for a quality seaside vacation. One of the main advantages of Sunny Beach is the well-maintained beach, which in some places reaches a width of 80-100 meters. Sunny Beach is a winner of the prestigious "Blue Flag" award, handed out in recognition of its preserved and ecologically clean environment. The climate is very favorable and suitable for marine tourism and active holiday. The large number of sunny days in the area is reflected in the name of the resort. History
Sunny Beach resort was established in 1959. It gradually gained the reputation of a pleasant tourist destination, a favorite of both Bulgarian and foreign tourists. The construction of the resort began in 1958. The international popular songs festival "Golden Orpheus" was held here between 1967 and 1999. Each year, by tradition, Sunny Beach hosts the Days of Symphonic Music, part of the International Folklore Festival, fashion shows and beach competitions, which will diversify your vacation.
