Organizer
Organizer of the “Win a holiday in Bulgaria by the Black sea” is PLH Invest Ltd. of UIC: BG 103863493, a company seated in Varna at Lyuben Karavelov Str. 55, herein below and for short called “The Organizer.”
Period of the game
The game will run from 00:00 h on the 14th of April 2015 until 23:59 h on the 30th of June 2015.
Rules of the game
The rules of the game are mandatory and equal for all participants. Participants in the game can be all individuals over 18 years old. Each participant provides their email address and agrees to receive newsletters containing the newest offers, updated proposals, promotions and other information related to the activities of PLH Invest.
Mechanism of the game
If you wish to participate in the draw of the special prizes (described in detail herein below) you are invited to visit the http://myvacation.bg web page and register for the newsletter.
Prizes
On the 1st of July 2015, on the random principle, five lucky people will be drawn from the poll of all participants. The winners will enjoy a holiday for two in a resort of the PLH Invest group.
Resort complexes:
1) Galleria, Obzor
2) Villa Allegra, Kavarna
3) Splendid, Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena
4) Sirena, town of Byala, district of Varna
5) Sunny Residence, Slanchev Bryag.
The prize includes:
- Two nights for two in the complex for which the winning participant has been drawn;
- Use of outdoor pool, umbrella and sundeck chair.
Drawing of the prizes
The winners will be drawn on the random principle after the game period closed. The drawing of the five winners who will enjoy a two-day vacation for two in one of the above-listed complexes will take place on the 1st of July 2015 in the presence of a Notary Public.
The name of the winning participants will be announced on 02.07.2015 on the Organizer’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/MyVacation.bg. The organizer undertakes the engagement to contact them by email for the details concerning the use of the prize.
If a winning participant does not call to collect their prize, i.e. does not contact the Organizer within two weeks after the winners have been announced (until 15.07.2015 inclusive) the Organizer will have the right to hand in the prize to another participant.
The participants in the game agree, if they win the prize, to be announced as winners in the electronic and/or printed media, including their photographs to be published in the media and/or on the web pages of PLH Invest and on the Organizer’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/MyVacation.bg.
All participants in the game give their consent to receive information about promotions, new products and news from PLH Invest on the participants’ notified email address.
Prizes cannot be replaced by their cash equivalent or another prize. If they so wish, the winning participant may give their prize to another person. This can be done by the participant's explicit written agreement confirmed with the participant’s signature.

The game is organized by PLH Invest Ltd. The Organizer reserves for themselves the right to change the end date of the game if, owing to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer cannot announce the closing of the game.
